Every item is made to order for you by our production partner, so please allow 2 to 4 days for production. Once shipped, around 60% of orders arrive within a week and 95% within 13 days. We will always deliver within 30 days of your order.

UK delivery is £2.99 for a single tee, £3.99 for everything else, and free on orders over £50. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at cameron@plus4performance.com and we'll chase it up for you.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Check our Size Guide before you order. If you order the wrong size, that's treated as a change-of-mind return — see below.

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive it, no reason needed. Email cameron@plus4performance.com with your order reference within that 14 days, then send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, and you'll need to cover the cost of returning it — we recommend a tracked service.

We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, including the original delivery charge if you return your whole order.

We don't do exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Email cameron@plus4performance.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover the return cost if we need the item back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Once a week, at a time we agree with you, you send us your check-in: your weight, progress photos, how training's gone and how you've got on with your food. We go through it properly and adjust your plan for the week ahead.

Yes. It's monthly with no contract. Just let us know before your next payment and it won't renew.

It works best with gym access, but we coach people who train at home too. Tell us what kit you've got on the call and we'll build your plan around it.

That's fine. Your plan is built around where you're at, not where we are. We'll teach you the basics, get your form right from day one and build from there.

16 weeks of personalised 1:1 coaching with an agreed result. Hit 90%+ compliance across training, nutrition, steps and weigh-ins for the full 16 weeks and still don't hit your agreed result? Online Coaching is ongoing and monthly — you get your plan, weekly check-ins and direct access to us, and you can stop whenever you want. Guaranteed Coaching is a fixed 16-week programme with twice-weekly check-ins and a goal we agree on at the start. Got a specific goal and a deadline? Go guaranteed. Want ongoing coaching? Go monthly.
