By accessing plus4performance.com or purchasing any product from Plus 4 Performance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

Our products
Plus 4 Performance provides AI-generated personalised fitness and nutrition plans based on information you provide via our intake form. Our products include:
- Free maintenance calculator — no purchase required
- Personalised Transformation Plan — £19.99 one-off payment
- Monthly Progress Upgrade — £9.99 per month subscription
- Elite Coaching Programme — pricing as quoted
Plans are generated using an AI system trained on our proprietary coaching methodology. The plan you receive is based entirely on the information you provide in the intake form. The accuracy and usefulness of your plan depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.
Not medical advice
The plans, content and information provided by Plus 4 Performance are for general fitness and nutritional guidance only. Nothing on this website or in any plan we produce constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, illness or health concern.
By purchasing a plan you confirm that you are physically able to undertake the training programme and that you take full responsibility for your own health and safety during training.
Payment and delivery
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Your plan is delivered digitally to the email address you provide immediately upon completion of the intake form. Delivery is automatic. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
If you do not receive your plan, check your spam folder first. Contact us at hello@plus4performance.com if you need it resent.
Refund policy
Because our plans are personalised digital products generated and delivered instantly on purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the plan has been delivered to your inbox.
If there is a genuine error in your plan — missing content, incorrect calculations, or content that does not reflect the information you submitted — contact us at hello@plus4performance.com and we will correct it promptly.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Subscriptions
The Monthly Progress Upgrade is a rolling monthly subscription billed at £9.99 per month via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time with no penalty
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
- You must have purchased the Personalised Transformation Plan before subscribing

Intellectual property
All content on plus4performance.com — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, the coaching methodology, and the plan structure — is the intellectual property of Plus 4 Performance and is protected by copyright.
Your personalised plan is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or share your plan with any third party without our written permission.
Affiliate programme
We operate an affiliate programme that allows approved partners to earn commission on referred sales. Affiliate links and discount codes are tracked via Rewardful.
Affiliates must not make misleading claims about our products. We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the programme at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Plus 4 Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to:
- Injury sustained during training
- Failure to achieve the results described or implied
- Errors arising from inaccurate information provided by you in the intake form
- Technical failures in delivery of your plan
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available at plus4performance.com/terms. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Health data and AI processing
Health and injury information you submit via the intake form — including any stated injuries, physical limitations, and dietary requirements — is processed by Anthropic's API solely for the purpose of generating your personalised training and nutrition plan.
Anthropic does not use data submitted via the API to train its AI models. Your health data is not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing of your individual request. For full details, see the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
By submitting the intake form you consent to your health data being processed in this way. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@plus4performance.com.
