Terms of Sale.

These terms apply to all clothing orders placed on plus4performance.com. Please read them before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Who we are

Plus 4 Performance is a trading name of Cameron Hearne. Address: 77 Smeath Road, Underwood, NG16 5GU. Email: cameron@plus4performance.com.

2. Your order

  • When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when that email is sent.
  • If we can't fulfil your order (for example a product becomes unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery.
  • Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Made to order and delivery

  • Every item is printed and made to order for you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We deliver to UK addresses only and will always deliver within 30 days of your order.

5. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they aren't, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See Shipping & Returns for how to contact us.

7. Product descriptions

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and garment measurements can vary slightly. Please use our Size Guide.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
